Our informal process means we can get to know each other first – there’s no obligation or pressure from us, but we’ll be here to answer any queries you have at any stage.
Submit an inquiry for care online or by calling the office.
We’ll come out to the address where the care will take place, make sure it’s a safe environment for our carers, and create a bespoke care plan together.
You’ll receive a copy of the care plan and clear outline of costs to review and approve.
Once you’re happy, simply return any relevant signed documents, and we’ll start visiting right away.
We make every effort to match clients with carers they’ll get along well with.
We want you to feel comfortable around your care team, so we encourage an open and honest dialogue.
We expect your needs to change and evolve over time, so care plans are regularly reviewed to make sure we’re always meeting your needs.
If you want to change anything at any time, just let us know; it’s our job to empower you to feel safe and confident at home. What that looks like is up to you.
